Darah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University. She went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice, also summa cum laude, from the same institution.

Darah brings over five years of healthcare experience with a strong focus on chronic disease management. Her experience in both hospital and outpatient settings allows her to provide compassionate and individualized care that supports sustainable weight loss and long-term health improvement.
