At the time of your scheduled appointment, a link will be sent to you via text or email to connect with your licensed healthcare provider. Simply click the link to enter the waiting room and the provider will initiate the call.

Your privacy and security is important to use and is protected through a program that uses encrypted protocols and is compliant with HIPAA, GDPR, PHIPA/PIPEDA & HITECH requirements.

During the consultation, the healthcare provider will perform a visual assessment & ask about the patient’s symptoms, medical history, and any other relevant information. Lab work will be reviewed and/or ordered when deemed medically necessary.

No special technology or downloads are needed for the appointment. Our telehealth platform is highly accessible and works on all major desktops and mobile browsers.

Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice and/or shipped to you by the pharmacy if necessary. Prior authorizations and referrals are completed by our staff in office.
