Within our weight loss program, patients are treated by an obesity medicine specialist who takes a comprehensive, scientific approach to treating those who suffer from overweight & obesity.

From Initial Consultation to Long-Term Success
Comprehensive Weight Management Program
Initial Visit
The initial visit is approximately 60 minutes. This visit includes comprehensive medical & weight evaluation, individualized nutrition plan with education, & prescription for medication if appropriate.
Follow-up - Weight Loss Phase
Each 20-30 minute session monitors your progress, adjusting your personalized plan as needed. Monthly visits evaluate your health and adherence to your diet and exercise regimen, ensuring you stay on track towards your weight goals.
Follow-up - Weight Maintenance
Minimum follow-up every 3 months – as required by the Florida Board of Medicine. After reaching your weight loss goal, a plan for maintaining your weight loss is developed to meet your specific needs. Follow-up interval varies and is determined between the provider & patient.
Telemedicine Available
We offer the convenient option of telemedicine for appointments. Same day appointments often available.

$175 for the initial one-hour consultation.
$125 for follow-up appointments.

At the time of your scheduled appointment, a link will be sent to you via text or email to connect with your licensed healthcare provider. Simply click the link to enter the waiting room and the provider will initiate the call.
Your privacy and security is important to use and is protected through a program that uses encrypted protocols and is compliant with HIPAA, GDPR, PHIPA/PIPEDA & HITECH requirements.
During the consultation, the healthcare provider will perform a visual assessment & ask about the patient’s symptoms, medical history, and any other relevant information. Lab work will be reviewed and/or ordered when deemed medically necessary.
No special technology or downloads are needed for the appointment. Our telehealth platform is highly accessible and works on all major desktops and mobile browsers.
Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice and/or shipped to you by the pharmacy if necessary. Prior authorizations and referrals are completed by our staff in office.
