This visit includes a thorough review and analysis of comprehensive labs, which can be ordered in-office if not completed prior to your appointment. You will receive a personalized weight loss nutrition plan complete with educational support, and if appropriate, a prescription therapy will be provided to assist in your health and weight management goals.

For our Weight Loss Follow-Up Visits, we recommend monthly appointments that typically last between 20 to 30 minutes. Each visit includes comprehensive prescription management, personalized dietary counseling, and follow-up lab tests if needed. This holistic approach ensures you receive consistent support throughout your weight loss journey.

Minimum follow-up every 3 months – as required by the Florida Board of Medicine. After reaching your weight loss goal, a plan for maintaining your weight loss is developed to meet your specific needs. Follow-up interval varies and is determined between the provider & patient.
